Lead instructor Pete Kennedy is a National and Massachusetts certified ATSSA instructor. Pete has a long history of teaching. Pete taught D.A.R.E for over 10 years. He is also NRA Firearms Instructor and a Law Enforcement Officer’s Safety Act Instructor. Pete was also a South Hadley, MA, Police Officer for a few years before going to the CT State Police. Pete retired from the CT State Police Detective Sergeant after 23 years and is also an accident reconstructionist
